Smart home at Lake Conroe, TX

This project had the sole goal of offering the best user experience to the guests who come to this short-term rental home while ensuring the owners and managers keep control of the property without violating any privacy laws or regulations.

The home is equipped with a fully automated lighting and illumination solution, automated appliances, access control, a full security system, automated doors, etc. It is all connected to a HUB from which the owners get to control and monitor the home from anywhere in the world ensuring the guests have the best experience possible.

The project was recognized in the CEPro Home of the Year awards in 2022 as the Best Budget-Compromise Project by taking the GOLD award.
